Preparation for 8 servings :
With a beater, whip the eggs with sugar. Then put the flour, milk and yeast. Then with a spoon mix the nougat in the mixture and pour on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Oven 180 C for 40 minutes.

2 eggs
150 g chopped nougat (hard) – suggested Oliviero brand
50 ml seed oil
200 ml milk
1 sachet of yeast for cake
