YELLOW, RED AND BLACK FARFALLE
The "Farfalle" are a type of pasta commonly known as papillon pasta or "butterfly pasta". The name derives from the Italian word farfalle (butterflies). The colors of the colorful “L'Antica Madia” butterflies are in fact obtained exclusively from the use of natural spices and aromas: spinach, red chard, chilli, squid ink, turmeric, tomato, lemon. Perfect for those who want a little color and joy on the table, but do not want to give up the authenticity of the product: here the "black and red butterflies" are made using beetroot and vegetable concentrate (spirulina algae, apple). A simple recipe: farfalle with tomato and basil, to be prepared in a few minutes, and will appeal to young and old alike. In our recipe we used cherry tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.
