Excellent idea to combine them with asparagus, vegetables and smoked buffalo mozzarella cheese. Cut the pepper into cubes and sauté quickly with oil, shallot and thyme. Only at the end add a pinch of salt. Clean the asparagus, removing the hardest part of the stem and peeling them. Blanch the tips in salted water for about 3 minutes. The rest cut it into julienne strips and sauté it, again as done previously. Add the buffalo mozzarella at the end, cut into small cubes.
